Course Description
Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is the project manager's most globally recognized and respected certification credential. To be eligible for the PMP® certification, one must first meet specific education, experience requirements and agree to adhere to a code of professional conduct. The final step in becoming a PMP® is passing a multiple-choice examination designed to objectively assess and measure the person's project management knowledge. The PMP® Prep course, will prepare and get the delegate ready for the PMP® cert Exam.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the participant will gain competencies in:

Course Pre-requisites
